Making room for what is

Awareness is required for learning and change. The stronger the awareness, the greater the change.”

- Lu Grey

I know that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I honor the courage it takes to take this step. I see therapy as a dynamic process where your voice and choice guide the work we do together. I deeply respect your exploration of whether this space feels right for you. Wherever you are in your journey, may you come as you are and be who you are—you are welcome here.

What Getting Started Looks Like

“Starting therapy is like planting a seed—you may not see the growth right away, but change begins the moment you decide to begin."

Step 1

Please fill out a contact form below, text or call me, or send an email expressing your interest in getting started.

Step 3

At my clinic, we conduct 1 to 3 intake sessions. The intake phase is a time for us to begin building our relationship and getting to know one another better. Over the course of 1–3 sessions, we’ll explore your history, current experiences, and hopes for therapy. This is also a space to start to notice what feels most alive or important for you.

Step 2

I offer a free 15–20 minute phone consultation to help us get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. During this time, you can share what you’re looking for in therapy, ask questions, and explore your goals. I’ll also share more about my background and approach, so you can get a feel for how I work. From there, we can decide together if moving forward feels right for you.
