Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is an invitation to arrive just as you are. Together, we create a space of safety, curiosity, and compassion where you can slow down, explore what’s present, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and the world.
Therapy is a place to breathe, to listen inward, and to reconnect with the parts of yourself longing to be seen. In our work together, you are invited to bring your whole self; your questions, struggles, hopes, and truths. In contact together, we explore what healing and aliveness might look like for you.
Whether you’re exploring your identity or sexuality, moving through loss or anxiety, navigating a life transition or relationship challenges, or simply longing to know yourself more fully, therapy offers a space to be compassionately accompanied on your journey.
Together, we create room not only for healing, but also for curiosity, self-discovery, and new possibilities for living with greater connection and authenticity.

Couples/Relational Therapy
Relationships are mirrors of the heart, reflecting both our joys and our challenges, and ripples that shape how we move through the world. Whether romantic, familial, polyamorous, platonic, or otherwise, relationships are living systems that shift and grow over time.
Whether you’re working through recurring conflicts, loss, exploring polyamory or ethical non-monogamy, or deepening your understanding of kink and sexual expression, I provide a nonjudgmental space to connect, communicate, and grow together.
I also specialize in supporting partners navigating de-coupling, those in high-conflict situations, and seeking guidance through relationship challenges. I work to help cultivate understanding, safety, and connection along the way.
I approach therapy from a non-pathologizing, systemic perspective, honoring each person’s experience while viewing the relationship as a living, evolving entity. Together, we explore patterns, deepen connection, and create new ways of relating in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space.

Family and Teens & Children Therapy
Families are constantly evolving and are their own living systems. Whether you’re navigating a new family dynamic, co-parenting after separation, supporting children with disabilities or a variety of support needs, or a high-needs or emotionally intense child, therapy can provide guidance, stability, and understanding.
Together, we work to strengthen communication, foster connection, and create a supportive environment where every family member can feel seen, heard, and supported.
When working with younger children, I provide a safe and supportive space for kids to express their feelings, explore challenges, and develop new skills for coping and connection.
With teens I work to support their identity, relationships, emotions, and life transitions so they can feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we focus on building self-trust, agency, and resilience, helping teens discover their strengths, voice, and new ways of engaging with themselves and the world around them.
Areas of Focus

Loss and Grief
Grief is a deeply personal journey, and there’s no “right” way to navigate loss. Often, grief goes beyond just death. Whether you're mourning the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or a significant life change, I provide a compassionate space to be with what emerges.
Caregiving and interdependency
Support for people navigating the challenges of caregiving, receiving care, and interdependent relationships. Together, we explore ways to cultivate resilience and mutual aid while tending to the realities of care.
Alternative Family Systems
Families come in many forms. Whether you’re navigating divorce, blending families, caring for children with different support needs, or opening up a relationship, therapy can provide a space to honor the complexity of your family system and navigate change while fostering safety and connection.

Neurodiversity and Disabilities
With both professional training and lived experience in this area, I bring a shared understanding to our work together. Therapy with me offers an affirming space to explore identity, access, relationships, and the unique challenges of navigating a world not always designed with us in mind. Together, we’ll honor your ways of being, cultivate rest and resilience, and open new possibilities for care and connection
Kink, BDSM & Sexual Expression
As a kink-affirming and BDSM-informed practitioner, I offer a safe and consent-centered space to examine, explore, and express without judgment. Whether you’re curious, seasoned in your practices, or navigating how kink intersects with relationships, identity, or healing, therapy provides a supportive environment grounded in inclusion, safety, and respect.
LGBTQIA+

As an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and queer identifying individual, I offer a space where all identities and expressions are welcomed and honored. Whether you’re exploring gender or sexuality, navigating family or relational dynamics, facing discrimination, or simply seeking a therapist who understands, our work together centers your truth.
